Delivery policy

1. Shipping

We work with suppliers from different countries and your order will be shipped from our warehouses across Great Britain, Europe and North America. We ship most of our products worldwide and we have nearly 10 years of experience and each product is carefully inspected before shipping.

Standard delivery is free from 200€ of order. Below 200€ of order, the standard delivery fee is charged at 25€ including VAT.

All our orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 working days and are shipped with a tracking number. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Buyers are responsible for all taxes and duties, if applicable.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the billing quote. Please understand that delay in delivery may occur due to uncontrollable reasons such as custom processing, weather, etc.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

2. Return and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an active order within 48 hours of placing the order if the order has not been shipped. We will issue a full refund minus the payment processing fee.

Any cancellation request after 48 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee regardless of order status. You can return an item within 14 days after the merchandise was delivered.

We would process the return with a full refund if the return was due to our error (defect, damage, etc.)

Any item returned due to wrong address or unpaid customs duties (for international buyers), we will refund you less the original shipping cost plus a 10% restocking fee.

Any item returned with unopened packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee, buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs.

Any item returned with opened merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee, buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs.

Any item returned with missing or damaged parts and packaging will incur a value deduction based on the condition the item was in. be received or the return may be rejected.

No returns or exchanges for clearance items.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of receiving your return.

3. Pre-orders

We charge the order in full for all pre-orders. All release time is estimated and a delay may occur due to the manufacturer, shipping, etc. Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as the product is available.

We accept all cancellations for pre-orders, but the refund will be less the order payment fee.
