FAQs

When to have your firewood delivered?

We advise you to do it in summer, for several reasons:

-First of all, it allows you to dry the wood for a few extra months (in addition to the 2 years of drying that we guarantee), which is always a plus.

-It may also be more convenient for you, both because of the weather, and the time you have ahead of you if you are on vacation on sunny days for example.

-You are guaranteed the price you will pay and benefit from the previous winter's rates since the increases in the latter only occur on September 1st. So no bad surprises!

Afterwards, know that we deliver to you all year round, from Monday to Saturday.
